Construction loans: common questions

Does Bravo Capital make construction loans?
Yes. Construction and bridge loans are made by Bravo Property Trust, Bravo Capital's affiliated lender, for multifamily and healthcare properties.
Can a construction loan be refinanced into a HUD loan?
Yes. That is Bravo's Bridge-to-HUD path: Bravo Property Trust funds construction, and once the property is stabilized Bravo Capital's HUD team can refinance it into a long-term, fixed-rate HUD loan.
What is the difference between a private construction loan and HUD 221(d)(4)?
A private construction loan is made directly by the lender. A HUD 221(d)(4) loan is insured by FHA, has a longer approval process, and stays in place as long-term fixed-rate debt after construction.
Is Bravo Property Trust part of Bravo Capital?
Bravo Property Trust is Bravo Capital's affiliated bridge and construction lender, led by the same Founder and CEO, Aaron Krawitz, at 780 Third Avenue in New York.
