Founder & CEO

Aaron Krawitz

Aaron leads complex, fast-paced HUD, bridge and mezzanine financings. According to clients he “is reliable, creative and is a true partner for growth. He is just amazing.”

For over 15 years, Aaron Krawitz has overseen a number of the most sophisticated real estate transactions in the nation. Mr. Krawitz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bravo Capital. He sits on its Management Committee and its Credit Committee. Mr. Krawitz was formerly the President at Dwight Capital and previously held various positions at Gibson Dunn and Skadden Arps. Mr. Krawitz received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania (with honors), and a JD from Michigan Law School (Michigan Law Review).

FHA Chief Underwriter

Matthew Fisher

Matthew began his career in commercial real estate finance by underwriting acquisition and development loans catering to private equity and large development firms at Wells Fargo. Mr. Fisher eventually narrowed his focus to multifamily and senior residential care financings through the FHA insured MAP and 232 programs by joining Wells Fargo’s FHA platform. During his career in FHA finance, Mr. Fisher has worked at Wells Fargo Bank and Centennial Mortgage, Inc. in the role of Deputy Chief Underwriter. At both firms he was responsible for managing staff, training, underwriting, 232 servicing, and overseeing the 232 underwriting platform. Mr. Fisher has underwritten and closed over $3 billion in commercial real estate financings secured by a variety of different asset classes.
Deputy Chief Underwriter

Ryan Patterson

Mr. Patterson is Bravo Capital’s Deputy Chief Underwriter. Mr. Patterson previously worked at Greystone as a FHA Senior Underwriter. During his time at Greystone, he was responsible for the underwriting and submission of approximately $2 billion of HUD-insured loans. Mr. Patterson specialized in multifamily projects including market rate, income restricted, Section 8, and projects receiving new Low Income Housing Tax Credits.‍ Mr. Patterson received a BS in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey, with a concentration in finance.
Deputy Chief Underwriter

Mitchell Reiser

Mitchell Reiser joins Bravo Capital as a Deputy Chief Underwriter. He is a licensed multifamily and healthcare underwriter with nearly a decade of experience in HUD-insured financing. He worked at Greystone from 2016 to 2025, most recently serving as a Deputy Chief Underwriter. Over the course of his career, he has worked on more than $2.5 billion in multifamily and healthcare loan submissions to HUD. His underwriting background includes a broad range of HUD programs, from market rate 223(f) refinances to new construction and substantial rehabilitation 221(d)(4) loans, including those involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Mr. Reiser holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Yeshiva University. He has completed multiple training programs through the Mortgage Bankers Association and HUD, earning certifications in multifamily underwriting, affordable housing, property inspection, and the LIHTC PILOT program.

Bruce Goldner

Bruce joined Bravo after a distinguished career as Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he advised global market leaders on complex, high-stakes matters including multibillion-dollar joint ventures, commercial transactions, M&A, IPOs, financings, licensing, as well as high-profile litigation. He also served as Head of Skadden’s New York office for nearly a decade, playing an influential role in firm initiatives, leadership and growth.

Bruce leads Bravo’s legal function, overseeing legal strategy across transactions, financings, intellectual property, risk management, and corporate governance as we continue to scale the platform. Bruce brings deep experience, judgment, and leadership to Bravo at an important moment in our growth.

Head of Marketing

Kiril Kirilov

Kiril has 17 years of leadership experience across Commercial Real Estate, AEC, and Media. Most recently, Kiril was COO at New York Multifamily where he oversaw the marketing, technology, and operations of over $4 Billion in multifamily investment sales, as well as several organizational restructurings.

Kiril cofounded and sits on the Board of Directors of The Vintner Project, a leading wine & spirits media company with the largest wine writing team in the industry. Kiril began his career at management consulting firm Katzenbach Partners (acquired by Booz & Co) and holds a BA from the Weissman School of Arts & Sciences, Baruch College. He was born in Bulgaria and lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and three sons.

Elan Goldberg

Elan Goldberg is an origination leader at Bravo Capital, where he oversees a wide range of complex financing transactions throughout the United States. His expertise spans various property types and financing structures, enabling him to deliver innovative solutions for clients across the real estate industry. Mr. Goldberg’s strategic approach and market knowledge have been instrumental in closing numerous high-profile deals. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva University with a BA.
Controller

Igor Shnitser

Igor Shnitser is a real estate finance professional with deep expertise in private credit, portfolio accounting, and real estate financial operations. Prior to joining Bravo Capital, he held multiple senior accounting roles within New York City real estate firms, where he developed extensive experience in fund structures, loan accounting, and financial reporting.

In addition to his industry background, Igor brings over ten years of executive-level management experience and eight years of academic lecturing at Uzhhorod National University. He holds a PhD in Economics and a degree in Accounting from Uzhhorod National University.

Loan Processor

Jillian Rush

Jillian Rush is an FHA loan processor at Bravo Capital. Ms. Rush is responsible for the preparation, review, and completion of HUD forms and exhibits required for submission. Ms. Rush works with the underwriting team to prepare and execute FHA mortgage insurance applications.‍ Ms. Rush previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle on their FHA underwriting platform. Ms. Rush has extensive experience with both MAP and Healthcare deals. She also assists with accounting and corporate tasks.

Jacob Albright

Jacob Albright is a Bravo Capital analyst, whose primary role is contributing to the HUD underwriting process. A graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mr. Albright previously interned at Bravo Capital, working closely with the HUD underwriting team. During the internship, he developed meaningful work experience in multifamily and healthcare transactions. Mr. Albright is excited to support Bravo’s continued growth.

Jeremy Frank

Jeremy Frank is originally from Los Angeles, California, and earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Master of Science in Real Estate, specializing in Private Equity, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. While in the master’s program, Mr. Frank participated in the Wisconsin Real Estate Private Equity Fund, working alongside classmates to source and underwrite real estate investments on behalf of alumni investors.Prior to joining Bravo, Mr. Frank gained investment banking experience as a Summer Analyst with Ladenburg Thalmann’s healthcare team and real estate finance experience at Post Investment Group. He is returning to Bravo Capital after interning last summer, where he analyzed and underwrote prospective multifamily and healthcare loans across the firm’s HUD and bridge platforms, and he looks forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and impact in the multifamily and healthcare lending space.

Oliver Katselnik

Oliver Katselnik is an underwriting junior originator at Bravo Capital. Born and raised in NYC, Mr. Katselnik attended the Bronx High School of Science and recently graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business’ Real Estate Program with his MS and BBA degrees. During his time in the master’s program, Mr. Katselnik and his classmates served as a team of analysts for an active real estate private equity fund, where they invested outside capital from alumni to deliver real returns. Mr. Katselnik also previously interned at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked as a capital markets analyst.

Jill Oestreicher

Jill Oestreicher is a Bravo Capital Analyst. A graduate of Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art, Ms. Oestreicher also studied Economics abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to joining Bravo Capital, she worked in real estate development and sales, beginning her real estate career through internships in both real estate and wealth management. Ms. Oestreicher is excited to contribute her creative perspective and analytical skill set to Bravo Capital’s continued growth.

Ben Orbach

Ben Orbach is an analyst at Bravo Capital and works across multiple areas of the firm and collaborates closely with the origination and corporate teams. Ben is a graduate of the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Originally from Great Neck, NY, he currently resides in New York City.

Jordan Raynor

Jordan Raynor is an originator at Bravo Capital focused on sourcing and structuring multifamily and commercial real estate financing opportunities nationwide. He works closely with sponsors, owners, and developers to provide flexible capital solutions across bridge, construction, and bridge-to-HUD executions. Jordan focuses on identifying new lending opportunities, building long-term sponsor relationships, and helping borrowers execute on acquisition, development, and refinancing strategies.

Gabi Moshayev

Gabi Moshayev is the chairman and co-founder of Bravo Property Trust, a national bridge and construction lender focusing on multifamily and healthcare financings. Bravo Property Trust is an award winning platform, which is privately held, and is an industry leader known for its creativity and reliability. Bravo Property Trust is an affiliate of Bravo Capital, and focuses on Bridge-to-HUD financings. With over $1 billion in financings originated, Bravo Property Trust focuses on sponsors with extensive track records of success in premier locations. Prior to Bravo Property Trust, Mr. Moshayev was CEO of Harel Insurance and Finance Alternative, the credit and real estate alternatives investment platform of Harel Insurance Group, which is one of the largest insurance companies in Israel. Mr. Moshayev established this real estate credit platform which he oversaw, and which attained significant success and growth under his leadership. Mr. Moshayev’s career at Harel Group spanned 15 years.
Portfolio Manager

Aidan Birnbaum

Aidan Birnbaum works on behalf of the Bravo Property Trust bridge platform. Aidan formerly worked on S3 Capital’s bridge loan program, overseeing 150 active loans. In his time, he closed over $1B of transactions and facilitated the financing for each transaction under the platform. Formerly an underwriter, Aidan has an understanding of acquisition and development projects, having seen through more than 50 projects through completion. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.

Kendall Kozikowski

Kendall Kozikowski is Bravo Capital’s Associate. She is responsible for the initial review of all HUD and bridge-to-HUD transactions. She works with the underwriting team to prepare and execute FHA mortgage insurance applications.‍ Ms. Kozikowski previously worked at Greystone on their FHA underwriting platform. She has extensive experience with both affordable and market rate multifamily refinance and new construction transactions. She received a BS in Management from Boston College with a concentration in finance and business analytics.
Analyst

Sophia Duff

Sophia Duff is from Brooklyn, NY, and is a graduate of Cornell University, where she studied Industrial Labor Relations and Business. During her time at Cornell, she competed as a member of the Varsity Sailing Team and spent a year in the UK as a visiting student at the London School of Economics (LSE). Previously, Ms. Duff served as a Summer Analyst at Bravo Capital, where she worked on multifamily and healthcare transactions, gaining valuable experience in innovative financing solutions. She brings this expertise to her current role and is enthusiastic about continuing her work with the Bravo Capital team, focusing on delivering impactful financial strategies.
